POLICY & EXPECTATIONS
We understand you are busy and we want to remind you that we value your time. As a client with PS Traveling Spa, we promise to arrive at your mobile appointment location at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If we do not arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, you will receive an additional 10-minute massage during your service. With PS Traveling Spa, our goal is comfort and connection. For your mobile service appointment, we ask that you stow away any domestic pets during our visit to your home or office.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
There are NO refunds for pre-paid services.
There are NO refunds for services rendered.
PS Traveling Spa will gladly exchange retail products for credit. No refunds.
DEPOSIT
Unless previously arranged, all individual appointments require PREPAYMENT.
CANCELLATION / LATE / NO-SHOW
48 HOUR CANCELLATION - 75.00 fee
After scheduling, the client has up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to cancel the initial appointment and complete a one-time reschedule. If the client cancels within 24 hours, the ACTIVE CREDIT CARD will be charged a 75.00 fee.
LATE
If the client is late, the time elapsed will be deducted from the session and the client will be charged the FULL menu price of the scheduled session.
NO-SHOW - 100.00 fee

After the SECOND occurrence of an improper cancellation, late or no-show appointment, PS Traveling Spa will be unable to schedule any future appointments for services.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENT
SAME DAY - 100.00 fee
At PS Traveling Spa, we try our best to accommodate client scheduling. PS TRAVELING SPA IS NOT AN ON-DEMAND COMPANY and we require at least 24-48 hours to schedule. Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time must be paid in full PRIOR to mobile services and will incur a 100.00 fee.
AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
PS Traveling Spa business hours are Mon-Sat, 9a-7p. Any appointment times outside of this window are considered after hours.
Appointment starting between 7p-9p: 25.00 fee per therapist
Appointments starting after 9p: 50.00 fee per therapist and the therapist will arrive to the scheduled appointment with a Personal Security Guard. The Personal Security Guard will remain in the vicinity (not the treatment area) for the duration of the spa service.
PS Traveling Spa only provides PROFESSIONAL skincare and massage services, sexual language, sexual favors, visual/physical fantasies, and/or sexual activities ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
TRAVEL
All services include mileage up to 25 miles from our mailing address 4848 Lemmon Avenue STE 100, Dallas Texas 75219. Locations between 26-40 will be charged $2.00 PER MILE, per therapist; and, not to exceed a maximum of 30.00 per therapist. Any locations over 40 miles, please schedule a consultation to verify your investment options. National Travel options available.
During Holiday Weekends and ultra large Events, ALL INVESTMENT OPTIONS INCLUDE FEES, 10.00 GRATUITY, & TRAVEL UP TO 15 MILES from our business address: 4848 Lemmon Ave #727 Dallas 75219 Additional fees will be applied for over-mileage. Travel time: 26-40 miles $1.00/mile, $30 max/Therapist.
